GOST R 53564-2009: Condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines. Hazardous equipment monitoring. Requirements for monitoring systems - Introduced on 01/01/2011 – Moscow – “Standardinform” - 2010 – 20 p.

The standard establishes a classification and general technical requirements for comprehensive monitoring systems, intended to define the technical state and to forecast a residual life of hazardous production facilities equipment in real-time without shutdown, dismantling and decommissioning.

The standard specifies the equipment hazard categories and provides requirements on the use of certain classes systems for state monitoring of particular categories equipment. The document also describes the systems design principles, the requirements to sensors, equipment controllability and personnel, including requirements to the knowledge database, metrological and construction requirements, etc.

The standard has been developed by DYNAMICS SPC, Russian Technical Expertise, SIU "RISCOM", NPO "RDC CD".
